This is a short film depicting the phenomenon of adolescent to parent violence and abuse. Prof Vanessa Bettinson, DMU, and Dr Christina Quinlan, TU Dublin were awarded DMU’s Impact prize in 2018 which funded the making of this film. It accompanies their research study on Adolescent to Parent Violence which was funded by Leicester City Council and The Jenkins Centre. Their final report can be found on this website under the list of projects. The film was written, directed and produced by Natalie Beech (www.nataliebeech.com). The cast: Darya is played by Tina Harris and Chloe is played by Katie Burchett.
